Dear cookies,
You taste amazing. You are soft, chewy, and sweet. Added bonus? You were rolled in sugar before being baked. Mmm...
Dear gingerbread houses,
You are just so cute and I can't wait to eat the candy that you hold.
You smelled delicious while you were baking. You filled the house with the smell of Christmas.
Dear peppermints,
You just say "Christmas" to me. The Christmas season would not be complete without the sight of your cheery red and white stripes, not to mention your minty taste.
Dear Christmas lights,
I appreciate the siblings who adorned our houses with your twinkling brightness.
You give me such pleasure every time I pull in the driveway, and I am sure that people driving by appreciate you, too.
Dear porch,
Christmas lights look so perfect on you. I am so glad that you put a smile on our house.
Dear Christmas stockings,
I love the way that you grace our hallway during this season. The fact that you are all homemade makes you just that much better. I enjoy our tradition of opening you on New Years morning instead of on Christmas.
Dear blog followers,
Thank you for bearing with me while I haven't posted for a while. You are amazing. :)
Dear Christmas season.
You are, in a word, splendiforous. Thank you.
