summer in fall

i rock back and forth, clicking my needles. i look up, watching my siblings play and laugh happily. the sun shines down on us, radiating with warmth. cold weather is just around the corner, but today, a hint of summer sun is in the golden rays. even though i have lots of things to get done, i savor this little bit of summer in fall.

this is probably one of my favorite skirts. i can pair it with neutral and brightly colored tops. it goes with pretty much everything. plus, i can wear leggings under it on cold days without anyone noticing. *smile* oh, and it has sparkles...

this past weekend, i was able to attend a camp reunion at a beautiful location on a mountain. i was refreshed and inspired by God's word and His creation as well as my amazing friends. it was so good.
